There can be no doubt that these are challenging times for some, but through our specialised services ranging from coaching to ongoing support throughout the journey, we aim to help young adults achieve their full potential.

Whatever the circumstances, whether long term unemployed, just left school, college or university, a lone parent, a graduate, never had a job or just not sure what to do, we can help!

  • INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE with the aim of progressing into education, employment or training.
  • Identifying opportunities and completing applications or CV’s, job search, interview skills and confidence building.

  • A bespoke service with a key worker trained to support you through your journey.

I couldn’t access any funding to pay for the course, my kit and uniform. Through the support of Black Country Impact, I was able to follow my dreams and I’m now completing a Beauty Therapy Level 2 qualification.
