We provide flexible and targeted support to individuals who are:
Unemployed and keen to develop essential skills and behaviours that employers want in today’s market. Our range of programs will support the learning journey from entry level to higher qualifications.
Employer Links: Our team of Employer Engagement staff engage with and support employers across a range of sectors to support with key recruitment drives. Our training provides essential skills, and our wrap-around support to prepare for Guaranteed Interviews allows us to work effectively to make a difference.
In-work: Flexible on-line accredited qualifications enabling individuals to access some great qualifications to support learning and development.
What we offer:
We offer nationally recognised, accredited qualifications in a wide range of subjects (from entry to higher level). See course list below and on the Go Train website.
We also provide introductions to local key employers through supported recruitment drives from sourcing applicants, delivering training, organising interviews and planning in-work support.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for support you will need to:
- Be aged 19+ (turned 19 previous August)
- Reside in Wolverhampton
- Receiving benefits or classed as economically inactive (not in work and not claiming any benefit
- Or if you are in work, you must be earning less than £18,137 per annum
What I will need:
You don’t always need prior learning, to access our courses. However, you should have at least entry level English and Maths to access our Level 1 and Level 2 programs. We will go through this with you and look at the right options for you.

Doing some courses really worked for me. Getting me out of the house, going through some stuff that I had not done for a long time and having to dig deep in my memory, I loved it.
