Supporting you into Employment
We offer a variety of services to support you into finding work. Follow the links below or speak to your Work Coach if you are interested in any of the services. You can also stay up to date with developments at your local Jobcentre Plus, including employment-related opportunities, by registering for the Workbox Mailing List and following Wolves at Work on Twitter.
If you have a health condition or have been unemployed for more than two years, you are eligible for the Work and Health programme delivered by Shaw Trust. National Careers Service can provide support to find work. Everyone is eligible, and we can support you in person to redesign your CV, or provide information advice and guidance on the best career path for you. Sector-Based Work Academies
We regularly run sector-based work academies with local employers who are looking for new staff. This gives you the opportunity to learn about the industry, complete a qualification, gain some work experience and also benefit from a guaranteed interview. Speak to your Work Coach in the Jobcentre to find out more about the next opportunity.
Work Experience and Work Trials
We have links with many employers, and this can be a good way of getting your foot in the door with local employers. Speak to your Work Coach in the Jobcentre about arranging Work Experience or a Work Trial.
