What we do:
Trailblazers provides structured work experience and transition support to help young people aged 18–21 overcome barriers to employment and avoid becoming NEET.

We’ll support you every step of the way with:
- Information, advice & guidance on employment, education, and training
- A dedicated Work Coach for career planning & interview preparation
- CV writing help to make your skills shine
- Job search support and access to exclusive local vacancies
- In-work support to help you settle into your role
- Support with travel
- Help with getting back into education and training
- Health and wellbeing support
- Support from a wide range of partners across the city
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for support from Trailblazers you will need to be:
- Aged between 18-21
- A resident of Wolverhampton
