What we do:
We support some of society's most disadvantaged people to enter employment, with business involvement every step of the way.
What we offer
The people we support through our Ready for Work programme face a varied number of challenges that exclude them.
Our Employment Programmes help individuals facing multiple and complex barriers to work develop the skills and experience to secure employment. Barriers include experience of homelessness, substance misuse, domestic violence, care leavers, ex-offenders, refugees, people with disabilities and people over 50.
Our structured programme offers 2 days of training (currently virtual delivery is 6 morning sessions over 2 weeks), a 2-week work placement with a leading business and post-placement support through coaching, events and drop-in sessions.
